I just don't understand!?
I don't understand why people find fun in ruining their bodies with drugs and alcohol. I understand why SOME people get hooked and addicted once they've started but I don't understand why people who have a choice not to do it....DO IT! And then turn around and find it fun?
If you understand...please DO tell me. Because I don't really see the point in threating your life for fun! OR hurting everyone else's around you.

1.) It seems you understand there are consequences to using drugs.
It is a very minority knowledge you have! You need to ask yourself how you came to understand the down side of drugs...and if you are under 21, what supports did you have in your life that allowed you to care about yourself? Did you have good parents? How??
2.) Growing up is a painful process and most teens and young adults do not receive what they need to get started. The parents who use often have a user offspring. And if a child wonders if anyone cares, and it is not obvious that an adult does care they turn to destructive measures. Drugs and alcohol being the easy find.
Ask yourself what kind of family and supports you grew up around that allow you to take care of yourself by NOT using drugs/alc......and then see how many people you know had that!
Consequences are for the future if you ask anyone under 25. And they will never catch up to them.
maybe theyre curious and when they try it, they can't stop.
alcohol is fine, as long as you don't drink too much.
