I had it at 1.20v on the bios but in HWmonitor is showed 1.140.
When I did that it failed on prime after 31 minutes.
Set voltage now to 1.25v and 40 multiplier.
is 4ghz and 1.25v safe for 24/7 use?
My max temps at 55c when under load in prime.
Thanks.

To be honest it isn't hard getting an 2500k to 4ghz, I just left my voltages to auto and set it to 40x and that was when it had a stock cooler.
Saying that it varies a lot depending on your mobo. Set it as 1.20 40x and run prime
Yes, that's a safe, low voltage. I am running my 2500K @ 4.5GHz on 1.35v. You can run Sandy Bridge safely up to 1.48v, supposedly.
Should be fine as long as cooling is good. You want to be careful once you hit 1.35v and shouldn't exceed 1.4v.
