If my phone is under warranty can I exchange it?
I got a blackberry at Christmas, and I have had numerous problems. The person I was talking to said that because the phone is under warranty, I have a number of options, but I'd like to know before go to the store to I discuss these options if I would be able to return the phone for a refund, or exchange it for a different phone.

they will first try to repair the device ..if repair isn't possible then only they will exchange it(i mean possibility for exchange is 0.1%
