Well i am 5'10 male and 220 pounds and i play football,
But i want to lose like 30 pounds by june or at least get to 200 pounds, because i am going to the river for vacation i need to lose weight i can't eat hard stuff because of my braces.
And i drink quite a lot of water with mio energy. I bring two waters at school and then drink milk for lunch provided by the school.
And my family is poor right now and have barley any food till two weeks time.
I really need to lose weight I'm obese in my eyes no rude comments thanks!!

Of course no rude comments! At least they better not when I'm around! :) I've lost a little over 20 pounds and I did it by exercising and eating less (but still a good amount). Wake up like 10 minutes before u usually do and do jumping jacks, or anything u like doing that makes u sweat. Then, gradually increase that time to 30 minutes. Some exercise is better than nothing! Don't expect a huge difference in such a shirt time like we all expect, because it takes really hard work for that. I lost 15 pounds in like 2 weeks by going to the gym every day for 2 hours and working my hurt off so hard I was sweating more than any other guy there! :D working out so hard made me look at food and not want to eat so much because I was proud of the work I had just done and I didn't want to gain all those calories back. Have like a cereal for breakfast and try not to eat during school. Wait til u get home. Estimate the calories in everything u eat and by the end of the day try to make sure that its all under 2000 calories. Good luck! :D
