Im being watched.....?

It started 2 weeks ago i was messing around with a few friends we got our hands on a printed out book called The Munich Manual of Demonic Magic. After reading a few pages we of course laughed and went on with our lives. But now somethings off.. i d see something out the corner of my eye but when i looked its gone. I blew it off, but as of last night i saw it. Big black figure with long fingers and a very dark aura.... i was in bed got the feeling i was being watched i sat up and there it was just pointing at me. I grabbed my phone to shine light on it but it was gone.... ive noticed if i think about it the entity shows up more often but regardless its always here never leaving just hiding waiting for its moment.... whenever i think about it all that comes to mind is one word gloomsinger. Not sure what it means but i know its only going to get worse from this point on. I need help. Im not crazy and im not lying. Ive never believed any kinda religion or a god im atheist. But at this point idk what else to do so i turn to the internet for help im very desperate please help!

Yeah, messing with the demonic is not a good idea by any means, and there are many ways to do this without even realizing it, but that's exactly what you did.

There's only one person that can get rid of demons, and that's Jesus the Messiah. If you know Jesus, then those demons can't do anything to you. However, if you don't know Jesus, then this might be a good time to get to know Him.

To do that is the easy part - take a moment, take a deep breath (some people consider it like meditation), and pray - address Jesus as you would anybody else, tell Him what you did and how you're realizing now your need for Him to rescue you. Explain everything to Him, recognize your wrongs (sins) - everything up to this point, actually, ask Him for forgiveness, and ask for His Spirit to come into you (make His home in you), and guide you closer to Him.

Get a Bible, if you don't have one, and begin reading it - I'd suggest beginning with the book of Matthew (towards the middle), read just 1 chapter a day (reflect on it, take notes, underline stuff that stood out and write in your notes why it stood out, pray about what it means and how to respond to it), and finish through to the end. Then, go to the beginning of the book and begin ready Genesis. Read only 1 chapter each day, continuing the process all the way through.

During this time, you also need to find a Christian (protestant) church, where you'll be surrounded by others who have accepted Jesus, also, and where you can learn more about Him and how to respond to Him.

I'll also begin praying for you - I figured there had to be a reason God woke me up this early - this may be it.

But don't delay - do this now!

There is no demon, nothing is following you or watching you! You have allowed your immature mind to conjure up a fantasy that you are not able to deal with! Seek that help!
