Tell her you miss her and you wish she would be the sister you know and love. She will probably get upset at first, but she will think about it, and hopefully she will understand that you are right there physically and niki is just a person she really doesn't know at all. No matter how much her and this girl talk on the internet she really has no idea who she is really talking too, it could be some creep trying to lure her into a trap.

Does your sis know this girl, or is she a stranger that she just "met" on the internet? Do your parents know about it? They must see the changes in your sister. You should tell her that she is changing for the worst because of this new, so called friend and also tell her (if she doesn't know this girl) that she really doesn't know who she is talking with and it is not safe to be doing so. Maybe the truth will scare her a bit and she will discontinue to talk to this person. If that doesn't work, then, talk with your parents about it. Her obsession with niki doesn't sound good.

Become Niki's friend, too. She may not listen to you but she'll listen to Niki. You have to know the person whom your sister likes a lot. That way, you'll be in a better position to understand her feelings.

Sometimes older sisters just have to have their own friends and do things with other people. It comes a time when a person has to Branch out on their own to be able to make it out in the world. You will go through this also. Maybe you can ask your sister if you can have a day that is just for you and her to hang out and do something special.

Talk to your sister about this and tell her how she's changed.

She might get a little mad and stand-offish though, so watch out!

This is probably just a weird phase your sis is going through and she will probably grow out of it soon enough.
