Im having strange pains in my sides/ribs?
So, for as long as I can remember Ie been having sharp, shooting pains in my right side, right about my ribcage.
Now, It's on both sides, and one feels like I'm being kicked and the other side feels dull and numb.
One side's pain is moving up, the other side is moving down.
It hurts to breathe.

The symptoms sound like Kidney stones, but if they were Kidney stones they would of passed by now. Unless, of course, they were to large to pass. However, it could be something internal. I would get it checked out.
