I am a male, 18, 5' 10'' and 128pound. Everyone just tells me to eat but its not that easy for me. I've tried weight gaining shakes, Gomad, and eating as much as can. I workout and have been adding a liitle muscle but I need some fat like seriously. Are there any quick ways to gain weight even if they are a little unhealthy?

I am 45 years old and i weigh just 12 more pounds than you do, if you want to gain weight so badly see a dietitian or a doctor before you try to gain weight.
