2 Hypothetical quarterbacks. We'll name them Blade and Winchester. Here is each quarterback's stats over the course of a season.
Blade

I'd take Blade. I like the completion % and the fewer sacks (assuming the same quality offensive lines) tells me that he can make the proper reads and get the ball out in time. The 6 more TDs overall make up for the 3 mor INTs.
blade cause he throws 28 TD but the 18 interce[tions are cause he throws more he on;y been sacked 27 times and lost 181 yards there is a 78 yard diffence between these two players getting sack that could cost a game and he has the same number of of fumbles

Blade is the Better QB from the statistics provided. However this does not take into account the receivers he has at his disposal, the Offensive Line he has at his disposal and what defences he is playing.

I would take Winchester.
He tends to read the field longer, breaking into the run more quickly than Blade. His offensive line needs some work and he needs to be coached to get ride of the ball faster.
Blade tends to throw before he is set, he get a good passer ratio because of his receivers. His throws are not as well controlled.
The best evaluations of these two is which one has the better looking girlfriend. Always go with the big ****. That's a winner.
I take Winchester he is able to scramble out of the pocket and pick up yards. Plus he has more yards per pass.
