I got an industrial bar and a tragus a week ago. The past four days it has been extremely sore. I have to take Advil every four hours. Everytime I take Advil I do the warm salt water cleaning. Afterwards, this pus looking stuff will come out of the top hole and from behind my tragus. Is it healing? My industrial bar is swollen up top, and red. It hurts to the touch. I don't sleep on them. Any advice? Thank you in advance!!

Swelling, redness, pain, and a clear or whitish discharge that does not smell bad are all normal signs of healing. This particular piercing is a difficult one to heal, and it does hurt. If you ever get really worried, go see a professional piercer for an evaluation. But so far, you sound like you're healing normally.
You only need to do the sea salt soaks twice a day. You're actually cleaning your piercing too often, which can interfere with healing.
Do not touch your jewelry or your piercing.
You are cleaning them too often. Just clean them twice a day with the sea salt soaks. Yes, they are healing, but they also sound a bit infected. If this doesn't let up in 2 weeks, go to your piercer and ask them.
