I know the answer to this one. Get some REALLY CHEAP HAIRSPRAY and spray said ink stains. They should almost melt before your very eyes, then launder as usual. Should come right out. I learned this after going through several white shirts covered in felt tip and ink pens when I worked for Kennedy Space Center. Hope this helps you! Good luck!
In 1953, it substitute into no longer issued as element of the Uniform. yet ya understand, many warm photos, opt to make issues element of each and everything to their own liking. It substitute into purely a smart alect remark and is no longer element of the army Uniform.
That happened to me also....I used liquid Oxiclean on both sides of stains..let it sit for a couple of hours , then resprayed and scubbed with a toothbrush, then washed as usual...it all came out!
try using tide to go.
