I had just finished my shower and had gotten dressed this morning when all of a sudden, a very intense lower stomach (lower abdomen it might be called?) pain erupted. I was gasping for air and groaning, moving a very painful occurence. It has happened to me for a minute or two before but never this painful and for this long (10-15 min). But, sometime 10-15 minutes later, it slowly receded, the pain lessening. I am a little worried that it is a sign of something to come. What do you think this was? I purely had that difficulty the day purely before this. It substitute into soo undesirable i substitute into growning. i'm 15 years previous and that i haven't any concept what substitute into incorrect. purely positioned a heating pad on have been it hurts and probably attempt folding a pillow and pressing it there at the back of the heating pad. It helped me, I fell asleep laying like that. I actual have an exceedingly undesirable sore throat and stuffy nostril suitable now, and that i don't understand what to do simply by fact i do unlike tea yet i think of i'm purely gonna recover from it. those products has been going around.
