Update:I have the image http address and would like to save the image as JPG. So instead of doing one image at the time, is there any free software that will let me upload the file and save all the image address into jpg ?

If you cannot explain an action in plain language, it will be very difficult to schedule software to do the job. You could visit the url, <Alt>+<Print Screen>, paste into Irfanview, and Save as JPG. But that would produce an image of the web page in your browser, so you might select the area you want and Crop before saving.
As for saving image addresses or URLs into JPG, do you actually mean plain text?
JPG by potential of its very nature impacts high quality and backbone. it particularly is a "lossy" compression set of rules that trades off determination and image high quality for record length, the only question is how a lot, that's based on the compression settings from what ever application is working it. in case you prefer to transform a picture from uncooked and not lose something, you may desire to apply the TIFF format.
Simple thing is that , save image in ur computer and convert it
since there is no such thing as a url image file i have to say "no"
