I own 7 lots on the back corner is a Barn that is over 50 years old old located on the back corner lot. the old lady that owns the adjacent 2 lots passed a way a few years ago and left her two lots to the school. Some member of the school board claim the barn is a foot over the property line, They had an un researched survey done. What can the school do?

The city will do a lot line adjustment, you will need to pay the city (school is public property) for the amount of land that is adjusted. They are likely to only charge you processing fees.
They would have to do a full title search and a proper survey by a licensed surveyor first. Then they have to deal with the problem that even if the barn is really over the property line, it had to have been contested by the property owner at the time it was built. They may make some noise, but there probably is nothing they can do but offer to sell you the property the barn is located on.
I hope the barn is in good shape. If it needs to be torn down at some point, do not rebuild until you get a proper survey done and make sure you build within the lot line and set backs & according to any zoning regulations.
If you have been using the land as your own for long enough it is yours. They needed to have informed you a few years after the barn was built that it was on their land.
Nothing.
After 50 years, the barn is "grandfathered". You cannot knock it down and build something new "on their property", but they can't make you take it down either.
See a Real Estate lawyer if they say anything else to you...
I agree with Joesph.
It is "grandfathered " in.
