I had an accident a year ago (concussion and fracture of the right skull in the back) and lately I've been having dizzy spells. I had a few of these before but the spells mostly happen for a week at a time and normally happen in the mornings. Sometimes I get woken up by them since I feel like the room is spinning and they also happen if I look backwards or down at my feet. Is it normal to have dizzy spells a year after a concussion. Please help.
