Jehovah's witnesses, if you recognise secular marriages, why dont you recognise secular divorces?

Update:Exolanatory Note: Jws will only recognise a secular divorce if there was adultery. Also any attempt by the innocent party to reconcile by having relations with their spouse is considered to nullify the original adultery by the offending spouse. You then have to start again.

Good question as i'll leave the answer to JW's.As for RubyM about Catholic Marriages and Divorces number one your correct in that if a Catholic marries out side the Church it is not a marriage but can be a acceptable Marriage by having the Church Bless it but being as i know of no one that has gone through that i can not say for positive. My Wife and i were married by a Judge and a few yrs later converted to the Catholic Church and our Marriage was Considered valid because what we did when married we had no knowledge of the Catholic Church teachings so you could say in a sense our Marriage commitment became a Catholic one once recieved into the Church.
I don't know anything about Jehovah's Witnesses' beliefs on marriage, but different churches have different views on marriage and divorce.In the Catholic Church, if somebody is married in a civil ceremony, they are not considered "married" by the Church, but at the same time, someone who is married in a civil ceremony and gets a divorce is still considered a 'divorced Catholic" and may not be allowed to go to Communion, (but I'm not sure about that.)
But many churches either don't allow or frown on divorce and believe marriage is forever, no matter where the wedding takes place. Nearly all take "Till death do you part" to mean "Till death" not until we don't get along anymore.
THis one is very undemanding. the marriage, whoever conducts it, must be legally registered interior the information of the state/government. If a married couple-nonJW, desperate to be JW, they like to no longer be remarried. Their in the previous marriage has already criminal and binding result. In Jehovah's eyes they're married, on the grounds that they have registered it interior the state/government. Jehovah has allowed those government to rule in a relative place.
