I've showed her so many famous alumni's but says she has no respect for actors. She said, "If you even think about going to Juilliard get out of my house. You don't need to drive a BMW you can drive a junk car and don't talk to me ever again." and proceeds to spit in my face. I originally wanted to go to UCLA to be closer to Los Angeles and pursue my dream of becoming an actress but I guess I'm not allowed to? I guess I'm just ranting i'm sorry.

Julliard is one of the two or three most prestigious arts conservatories in the U.S. and one of the top such schools in in the world. It is not a school for poor people with no education -- quite the contrary. In order to be accepted at Julliard, you have to not only be one of the absolute BEST at your musical instrument or performing art, but you have to have excellent grades in your non-arts classes as well. And its a private school (not publicly funded by the state) so tuition is EXPENSIVE. So unless you're independently wealthy, I'm not sure how you're going to pay your own tuition without your parents' help?
As for you auditioning, if you haven't been taking private lessons since elementary school on your musical instrument with a renowned teacher, haven't been first chair in every school band or orchestra available to you to join, haven't been selected for All-State bands -- IOW, if you haven't won awards and been recognized as one of the best in your state at whatever your instrument or performing art is -- you're not going to get into Julliard anyway, so it really doesn't matter what your mother thinks of it. Sorry to break it to you, but its true.
As for your mother shooting down every college you bring up -- what colleges does she recommend for you, and why? What does she think you should be studying? Obviously she doesn't want you studying music or whatever your performing art is.
Your life, your future, your education.
Good luck!
