how do you get into the sound checks and when are they?
also how early should i get to the concert?

I think they just randomly give out passes but you should hear the soundcheck fine if its an ampitheater. I went to a green day concert and they let some random people in from the pit line so I guess it should be similar. But Justin bieber concerts aren;t rock concerts so what I said is just a guess.
