if you mean that you're already a member of the FC, you have to sign in and then click on "extras" then "contests" then "autographed guitar contest." then you have to scroll down to the bottom of the page and fill out the form completely. if you've already entered the contest, then it will say at the bottom of the contest page that there was a response recorded from your email address.
