Land Contract in Michigan?
Can I enter into a Land Contract in Michigan and then within 1 to 2 years refinance with a VA Loan? All States are different so someone with Michigan Real Estate Knowledge please help.

There are no restrictions in Michigan, VA loans do have restrictions, you should make sure the home/price meets VA guidelines.
You aren't the fee simple title holder so it's not your home to list. Review your land contract and ascertain the following; Is it assignable? Penalties for default? Most land contracts aren't recorded, but if it is, you will need to execute a quit claim deed to the owner or whomever takes over payments. Don't do anything without legal advice. realtor.sailor
