My period is 4 days late. I had backaches last week, which is usually a sign that my period is about to come, but it hasn't.

However, I do have a significant amount of thick cloudy discharge. Perhaps this is a sign that my period is due soon? I'm very stressed out and have lost a lot of weight. Could this affect my period?
