Okay a couple of days ago I was talking to one of my friends and I told her that I was always able feel how other people feel like if someone died in their family and they cried I would cry too but not because I felt sorry for them but because it felt like I lost one of my family members. Also that when I was a little kid I was able to see thing like Shadows of people but people that weren't there and the shadows would always be doing something like runing or climbing down trees and things that weren't normal.Not only that I know how people really are and feel by just talking to them for about mabye fifteen minutes. My friend said that I was a type of psyhic or a "aura reader" I'm not sure what to think I need guidence can someone please help me out?

If you feel what others feel then that is Empathy, it can be controlled as what you choose to experience is down to you, so time & knowledge will help you take steps with that issue, as you can choose to 'know' info in many ways.
All Clairvoyant abilities involve being aware of energy/auras, so your friend is correct.
