I am looking at getting a new longboard I will us it for sliding cruzing and many a little bit of downhill and was just wondering what is better loaded or landyachts and what board would be best
Please do not listen to the Loaded Fanboy. They are blinded to any other brand.
If you plan on sliding and downhill, the Landyachtz would be the better option. You are going to want a good stiff board with concave if you plan on sliding and downhill. Loaded boards such as the Dervish are flexy boards, which makes them horrible for downhill. The Dervish also lacks any concave and has cheap spray on grip, which means your feet can easily slide off while you are doing slides.
I would recommend a Landyachtz 9two5 if you want to slide, or a Switchblade if you are more of a downhiller. Both are good cruising boards too.
Loaded are defiantly better for cruising and sliding. Best board would properly be the Tan Tien with either Fat Free 65mm wheels or 70mm Stimulus. The 75 mm wheels are great and perfect for cruising but it will take a while to break in and get them suited for sliding.

Hope I helped!
LOADED!!!! By far way better than Landyachtz! I have a Loaded Dervish and it is the best board all around!
My set-up:
Loaded Dervish Flex 1
Randall 180's Black Trucks
Yellow 75mm 86a Orangatang In-Heat wheels
Bone Reds Bearings
...Great board!
