today during school i suddenly started getting really bad pains or cramps every few minutes in the lower stomache area. it happened only about 5 times and every time i tried not to double over , i just moved around in my seat a little. they only lasted for about thirty seconds and then they stopped for good after a while. but as soon as i got home i have had really bad lower back pains. these are not just pangs every few minutes, this is continuos. it really aches and i cant concentrate on anything else. i dont know what to do.. i didnt have any food that should cause an upset stomache. i havent had any other side affects like vomiting. i'm 13 years old and i havent had my period, do you think these could be period cramps? even though its back pains? whatever it is, i hope it stops soon.
could anyone tell me what this could be and how to get rid of it?

it could definetly be your period pains .... even though it hasnt come yet. Lots of people have back pains with period pains. once you've had a few you will start to work out what can take the pain away..hot water bottles...chocolate (!) or baths and ibuprofen.
if it contiinues and you are worried i would go visit your GP, dont be embarrased i have been so many times before and its fine.
Hope you feel better soon. Big hugx
It could very well be period cramps. Take some ibuprofen. A hot bath should help. Another thing to try is a heating pad or hot water bottle on your belly and/or your back.
I hope you feel better soon!
I feel you will have to pass get it checked and ensure it is within the correct function. If heard experiences of the mirena being imbeded into the uterus. Also you could desire to get validated for being pregnant.
