yesterday morning i was backed up in traffic, while switching lanes a BMW X5 hit my Honda Accord going about 45 mph on my left front tire.. i felt fine and seen no injuries on my body... but last night at around 12:00 i started feeling very sharp pains in my stomach and chest... it hurt to walk around.. lay down... or do anything except sit up straight.. so i feel asleep sitting in an up right position.. when waking in the morning i felt no pain.. and still to this moment feeling no pain.. hoping that it will not reoccur tonight.. but im wondering whether this is from the car accident because i was wearing my seat belt?.. and if it is something life threatening.. or may need to be medically treated?.. i have researched the pains.. and i understand it could be internal bleeding but i show no signs of vomiting.. or nausea.. everything feels fine... but it still worries me.. what should i do?

A hospital/ER visit should be in your immediate future! We all hate to go, but it could save your life!
