Its on my left side. I was lifting the cover of my jacuzzi which is pretty heavy and i slipped a bit and felt a little twitch/tear. The pain isnt' bad at all i might not even call it pain its just an annoying tender, throbbing feeling that begins on my very low stomach and extends a bit down the groin crease. I was paranoid it might be a hernia since I had one when I was 5 but it could just be a strain. What do you guys think?
