I heard that regular cruches only target upper stomach area. What can i do to decrease the size of my lower stomach im already running but what other types of excersizes should i do?

Everybody develops patches of fat in different places. Usually, the section that you're targeting is the hardest to get rid of. The trick is a good meal-plan and cardio. Crunches will get you abs under the layer of fat that you have, which means you'll have the abs but they won't be visible. You just have to burn off the access fat with cardio and/or strength training.
Try HIIT, high intensity interval training. This is when you work out for a period of time as hard as you can (maybe 2 mins), then slow it down for a bit (maybe another 2 mins), and then start the whole cycle again. Even when done with HIIT, the body continues burning fat for a bit.
Nonetheless, hard strength training burns even more muscle than cardio usually will. Plus, the more muscle you develop, the more calories you burn even when doing nothing (developed muscles need continuous calorie intake).
Swimming helps, with the lower
stomach, lower back, and thighs.
If the extra fat is what they call,
a baby apron, only surgery will
get rid of that.
Leg lifts with your knees bent are supposed to work that area only.
Cardio will take the fat off, but some women just naturall have it and are supposed to have babies.
Live with it, I say.
