Im 21 yrs old and yesterday I noticed a small lump on my penis. (Its underneth the skin right below the head). Anyways it freaked me out and I went to the clinic to get it checked out and the doctor said he couldnt feel anything suspicious or bad, and sent me home to keep an eye on it. I have had an appointment with a uroIogist for a while now and it is in about a month so if its still there I'll ask him about it. It moves around if I touch it, and is not stuck to one spot...could it be a cyst?? Could it get worse waiting that long though??, what could it be?? Could it be testicular cancer even though the lump is not on the testicle but near the head?? Is there such thing as penis cancer?? Im a worrier so im just pretty worried about it.
BTW I'M NOT SEXUALLY ACTIVE, SO I KNOW ITS NOT STD'S AND STUFF LIKE THAT

Well, if the doctor didn't see/feel anything suspicious or bad, you probably don't have anything to worry about. No, testicular cancer is related to the testes, and usually hits men over fifty.
What you MAY have felt is a piece of skin just below the head of your penis that seems like scar tissue. (Looked normal to the doctor, and you probably weren't erect either.)
You should be fine until your urology appointment. Just leave it alone and quit worrying. OK, you probably won't. Use a mirror to get a good look at the area. If it gets bigger or turns funny colors then you can panic. Otherwise, just admire your junk. It won't fall off.
Check out the source below. I think it probably explains things too.
