First of all NOBODY is going to ever give their birthdate, full name or passport details to anyone who is not a government official

Second, if the passport was issued in 2010 there is NO way the passport number would start with a 0.

Third UK passport numbers have NINE digits, the one you list has only 8

Fourth, the name Rosale David is a fake name used in nanny/au pair scams. You weren't offered a job over the internet without a single face to face interview with your employer were you? Then of course it's a scam as NO UK family would EVER allow a complete stranger to live in their home and watch their children. Either they would interview you in person or they would go through a reputable agency who would interview you in person, run a full background check, verify you have first aid and CPR training and call your past references

Just look at all of your questions. There is NO way to get ANY job in the UK without a face to face interview. There is NO way to get a visa as a nanny/au pair if you are not an EU/EEA citizen as that visa was cancelled in November 2008. NOBODY hires people from a foreign country over the internet for any reason - they ALWAYS interview in person. If you don't have a Masters or PhD in Engineering, Medicine or Science, then you are not going to qualify for any work visa to the UK.

Stop looking for jobs online or you are going to keep getting scammed. The ONLY way to work overseas is to find an agency in your country that is authorised to look for foreign workers and will interview you AT their office. No face to face interview always means it's a scam

If it is to do with a job in the UK and he wants you to pay money for a visa then it is a scam.
