Yes. More than a little! I was line at the market, looked at the magazine rack, and saw that photo. I realized what it was and turned away, feeling like *I* had violated something.
Publicity is one thing- pictures of a dead man in an ambulance are a whole new low though, regardless of who it is. All it takes is the simple thought- "Would I want my mother/ spouse/child photographed like this?" Quick answer is no. "Celebrity" is no excuse, either- respect for the dead- and their families- is universal.
Yes, I think that they should have never released the picture of him like that. I do not think that he would want our last memory of him to be seeing him like that. He would want our last memory of him to be him moonwalking or singing amazingly. I think that if they wanted to, they could give the picture to the police and to the family, though releasing it out to the public is crazy. I'm so sad when I see that picture. I hate seeing him that way. We all love you, Michael Jackson!
Yes. I don't really think people would like to see a dead man on a cover of a magazine! I wouldn't want to be remembered like that if I were him. I would have put a picture of when he was alive!
It was completely disrespectful for them to post the pic on the cover. I wouldn't buy it. He may have been an icon, but his family still needs privacy. Nobody wants to remember him at his worse.
There's absolutely no need for that kind of forceful coverage. If you had a family member die, how would you feel if you found pictures of his or her final moments in life plastered over a magazine cover? Imagine how his children would feel.

Yes, and OK magazine put it on the cover. Very sad and disrespectful. As a fan, it made me sad. And I did NOT buy it either.
