I mean, my application is still active and if i wasn't good enough for them, they would have deferred me long ago. i'm realllly active in school. doing sports, volunteering at hostpitals, soup kitchens, etc. i have over 700 hrs of comm. service. my act score was a 23 and my gpa is around a 3.2. i know its not too great, but ive been taking APs, and last semester I got an A in my AP chem class. MSU asked for my 7th semester grades and i got a 3.6 gpa for the semester. ive made my application reallly good and mailed them additional information about me, my counselor also wrote a letter or reccomendation when i was applying to MSU and wrote another one when they asked for my 7th semester grades. i got 2 teachers to do reccomendation letters for me also. im a diverse student and wrote about that has aff

I can't tell from your question whether you -really- want to get into Michigan State, or if you're simply over-anxious about being accepted by every college to which you've applied.
First of all, you're asking a question to which only Admissions at Michigan State has the answer. And it sounds like even they don't know yet.
Secondly, while you seem to have a lot going for you, colleges and universities weigh a lot of factors when deciding to accept a student. I don't know if this is still true but, for example, some colleges and universities used to give preference to the children of alumni.
Third, you might find it useful to take a deep breath and focus on something else while you're waiting to learn the university's decision. You're already accepted at 4 colleges/universities. So you don't have to worry about going to college. You know that's going to happen, no matter what. If you shift your attention away from the acceptance process, the time will pass more quickly.
Patience is something you'll really want to cultivate because there are going to be lots of situations in college and afterwards, that will drive you crazy if you let yourself get overly anxious.
And, please understand. I'm only describing you as being overly anxious about this because of the hyper, almost desperate, tone to your question. You've got a LOT going for you, but you need to learn to relax a bit.
Good luck with the University of Michigan, and CONGRATULATIONS on your other acceptances.
