Whenever I play minecraft and I try to build or destroy a block, the pause menu pops up. I've tried re-installing my java, and that did not work. Everything is up to date, so I don't really know what to do. I'm running a Windows 8 operating system and I'm just wondering if all of this is because it's incompatible. Any ideas would be very helpful :)

But it happens over and over... And its really annoying.
