I got a new old computer and it has 2 slots for DIMM2 and 2 slots for DIMM memory. Could i use both and will they add up? I have a 256 mb stick of each.
There is no such thing as DIMM2, but you can have 2 DIMMs of RAM, which just means 2 modules of ram or 1 DIMM of RAM, which means one module of ram.
You should be able to fill up all the slots you have in your computer with RAM.
