Well you HAVE to have Assassin and Dead Silence, for sure. Any 1st perk really, but Blind Eye helps, just in case. And another must have is a silencer, otherwise you WILL get killed. I recommend SMGs or assault rifles, like UMP.45 or SCAR-L, and again SILENCER! Then C4 or claymore are best, maybe frag. NO LMGs OR SHOTGUNS! THEY ARE DEFINATE NO-NOS! Hope I helped!
