I have a 91 nissan d21 hardbody pickup 2.4 liter.

Just the other day i was driving into first and my car would rub and grind while engadged. As i would push the clutch in it would go away but as soon as i let of it would rub again, first through 5th gear.

Sounds like my transmission. But i cant pin point it.

Please help me. This is my work vehicle and i need to save time and money to fix the problem.
