My grandma and Dad plays favorites?
My dad and granny always gets my brother more stuff. Also, when i get sick there is never any medicine in the house or anything like soup to help me get better, but when my bro is sick, they immediately go out and get stuff for him to feel better. Those are just some of the things that they do. Does my family really love us all the same.

I'm 62 and I have 2 kids and I will say " no'", they don't love the same :( I found this out when I was 58 and my dad died and the family trust left it all to my brother !!!!!!!!!! I never knew !!!!!! But, I often see boys favored over girls, this might be what you are experiencing, which to me is so archaic, but it still happens a LOT , sorry ;( I know it hurts, hurts me too :(
What your grandma and your dad do for your brother they should do for you as well to show their love equally. There's no way they will do more for one child and say they love you both equally if you can see that they do more for your brother.
I'm sure they care about you equally. Maybe you should talk to them about this. I know it'll be hard and it might not go well, but it sounds like you need reassurance.
