I've dyed it 3 times in the past year since my hair grows out really quickly. My hair used to be very wavy and curly, but now it's hard even getting it to wave even a little bit. I'm going to definitely stop dying my hair, but is there any way to restore it that won;t make it any more unhealthy than it already is?
Btw, deep conditioner doesn't help. My hair's not dry or frizzy.

Dude, that's like the opposite of what happened to me. My haird was straight and very uncontrolable and after I dyed it, it became more manageable and wavy.
If you look in certain stores, there are certain shampoos that repair hair from damage, which in this case would be damage from using harsh chemicals in your hair.
It may just be because it's damaged/dead and can be repaired. My hair was dead when I dyed it the second time and I used this shampoo that fixed it. I can't remember the name, but here's some things that may help you. If not, google it and find some hair restoring shampoos, or products to help your hair go back to normal:

I'm pretty sure it's dry and damaged, sorry if I couldn't completely help, but you can go to a hair professional and ask them how you can revive your hair as well, that always helps if the people know what they are doing.
