My laptop screen/desktop went white?
I turned it on today, it was working fine.. Then I let Notron Security run through my computer and fix the problems, but then everything turns white. Everytime I turn it on, I see my desktop, but then it continues loading and takes me to a blank white page. I can't go back or click on anything. I press Ctrl+Alt+Del to shut it down instead of the home button. I'm scared to tell my parents that my laptop stopped working..

DON'T BE SCARED. Its not a severe problem. Try these-
1. Go to Safe Mode and uninstall Norton. If u still can't uninstall go to C:\Program Files and delete the whole directory of Norton. For that u may need to have full security control. Contact me if u face problem @ [email protected] . Then restart ur pc one or two times.
2. The above method should work. If not, install ur OS from ur previous installation disk or from somewhere u used to. This will ofcourse solve the issue.
Don't worry...u can install Norton again but avoid running two or more potential antivirus program at once(U may use a weak one alongside).
Safe Mode: Two way to go to safe mode-
1. Press Windows key+R>type msconfig and press enter>Go to Boot tab>Select safe mode. But when u r done in Safe mode again go and uncheck the safe mode to start normally.
2. During starting keep pressing F8 when the first screen appears till u get option to go to Safe mode.
