My sister has guardianship of my 15 yr old daughter thru the courts. My parental rights were NEVER terminated from her. Now my daughter has an open house coming up for school and my sister won't let me take her, she says all i can do is talk to my daughter on the phone. I can't remember what the paperwork said from the court and when i try to call my lawyer he never returns my call. I told my sister she can't do that cause i still have rights to her and guardianship cases never close so i could take her to court to get my daughter back with me and my sister just hangs up the phone on me. My ex who is my daughters father sees her and takes her for the weekends sometime AND HIS RIGHTS WERE TERMINATED FROM HER, so go figure. I just want to know if anyone has any info to help me out on this one. Thanks

not to sound cold or anything but if your daughter was takin away from you,thers a reason.i say this matter can not be solved unless you talk to your lawyer.you most certainly should and have the right to see your daughter.its probably just a matter of looking at this paperwork and telling that non responsive lawyer of yours you mean business.you have rights and nobody can deny them to you.if your ex can see her than so can you
