my sister has odd patches on her skin.?
it started like a year ago on her neck, she has patches of skin that are alittle darker and sorta rough feeling. we didnt see it as much because she always wears alot of necklaces so we thought it was irritaion from that. but then the patches started migrating. she now has them down the middle front of her body, and they end like right below her breasts. and the further down they are the darker and rougher they are. the bottom ones are as tan as like a mexican persons skin. they dont itch or bother her, but she thinks they are ugly and is embarassed about them. does anybody know what this could be?
