1) I really loved the book. I have 2 sisters who mean the world to me and reading this really was emotionally taxing for me at times. I couldn't put it down once I started though and finished it in a few hours.2) I always get excited when a good book is adapted into a film but I'm not sure how I feel about Diaz. She's not a fantastic actress and not really a 'Mom' figure either. I'm hoping she'll surprise us all.
