My Zune screen says NG?
I plugged in my zune to charge it, and then when I unplugged it, the screen was frozen at black with a big, orange NG.What happened, and how do I go about fixing it?

Ok you can restart your zune by pressing the back button then the up on the control panel and hold it. It will restart and just cut it back on and that might work.
if not then just contact customer service and see if they help.
sometimes my zune freezes up and when i try to plug it in it will say no device connectecd
