I recently got a new phone (and battery) about a month ago and this morning my phone screen randomly shut off and wouldn't turn back on. After minutes of trying, I just took the battery out, put it back in, and tried to restart it. The welcome screen starts up like it normally does but it stays forever and then it crashes and restarts to the welcome screen which crashes and the cycle repeats..

This is really frustrating. I don't want to completely reset my phone if I don't have to because like I said I just got this phone a month ago and recently finished getting all my old info onto the new phone. I'd hate to have to do it all over again. I keep taking out the battery and putting it back in as if that's going to help but I officially give up on that idea.
