We have been TTC. For the past week or so i've had really bad nausea come on at random times and lower back pain pretty much all the time. I'm not due for my period anytime soon so i dont think its that. At first i thought i might be pregnant but i took a test and it was neg. Well, don't give up on the idea of pregnancy just YET. You can receive more false negatives then false positives and I received many many false negatives with my first son. I didn't get a positive till I was 9 weeks pregnant with him.... and I too had nausea and lower back pain, but the tests didn't seem to register early on. Best of luck to you!
