my neck hurts so bad. for the past 4 days. last week i thought i had a bug bite bc back of my head kept itching. feels like 2 bug bites. but then like a day later a few lympth nodes on the back of my neck more towards my head have been swollen. my neck has been tense and now the pain wont let me sleep at night.

neck pain first started abt 45 days ago when i got another car. im short and its a 5 speed and ever since ive gotten it it has been a pain in the butt to drive. but that doesnt explain the itchy spots on the back of my head and feels like bruises.

what does it sound like? should i give it a few days?
