Neon Underglow Laws in Iowa?
What are the laws for having underglow in Iowa? Are there any specific colors that are illegal? And if so, am I allowed to have them installed as long as they are off while driving?

from what i've read you can put any color on your car for shows but it is illegal to drive with blue, red, and white neon underglows on. Contact local police department for verification.
