I quit smoking 3 months ago cold turkey after 27yrs smoking. I still feel anxious once in while and sometimes nervous. Doctor said is very normal. Anyone here have same experiences ? this is normal?
I quit years ago and still wake up reaching for the pack thats not there. The worst was how crabby I felt and short tempered. Going for lots of long walks helped with the anxiety and so I didn't have as much weight gain as some others I have talked to over the years.
It is normal. I stopped over 2 years ago and still get the anxious feeling every now and then. The frequency gets to be less and so does the intensity.
