This morning, the area around my nipples looked sort of weird, almost swollen - although I can't really tell if it is actually swollen - it just looked different.
When I squeezed my nipples, a few drops of a clearish/milky looking discharge came out.
I have never had sex, so I know I'm not pregnant. But I am on birth control (Seasonale) for reasons unrelated to contraception, and just finished my period (7 days of non-hormonal pills), and am about to start a new pack today.
Can someone please tell me what may be going on with my body? I'm 19 years old and feel like this isn't normal, but also like I shouldn't be having any problems at this age. What are some possible causes of nipple discharge, and is it anything to worry about?
Thanks.

it's probably just a side effect from the hormones in the pill. Women can lactate even when they aren't pregnant and have never had a baby. If the swelling becomes worse or is red and painful pls go to the doc asap. also don't hesitate to call your doctor or pharmasist with any concerns regarding meds, thats what they are here for:)
its probably a side effect from the birth control . search up the birth contro and put side effects good luck with that!:)
