Nose bleeds, dizziness, headaches?
Hello, I am 31 year old female and have been experiencing mild dizzy spells and headaches. Just yesterday I had a small nosebleed (I never get nosebleeds). On top of all this I have felt lethargic and fatigued. I have had really good blood pressure my whole life, so I don't think that could be it. Any suggestions out there?
