Order Spanish Saffron? Buy Persian Saffron?
I need to order Spanish Saffron. Where can I buy Persian Saffron? I looked everywhere but I either get bad quality or really expensive shipping costs. I went to all these sites claiming to have the best saffron, but the saffron wasn't sealed properly and the taste was ruined. I went to get fresh saffron without absurd shipping costs.

Hi Mary,
I grow Saffron in New Zealand.
The type is Crocus Sativus which is a Persian Saffron.
I am not sure what the shipping cost would be but I could send a sample to find out.
Being a "cottage industry" the quality is very good. (The pollen does not ripen nor get pressed onto the Stigma filaments before they are stripped).
